Notes for Poster Presenters |
Poster board size
Portrait (width: 1m; height: 2m) or (width: 100cm; height: 200cm)
Your poster size
should be no more than (width: 0.95m; height: 1.50m)
The figures in parentheses below the programme number in the programme book you will receive at the registration desk designate the poster area and site.
Poster sessions
Posters will be exhibited in the poster areas throughout Tuesday or Wednesday as indicated in your notification and the final programme.
Each poster presenter should be prepared to summarise his/her main findings within 4 minutes.
Highlighted poster sessions
will take place in Poster Area A on Tuesday and Wednesday. They will be moderated between 13:00 and 14:30. Highlighted posters will be considered for poster prizes of £100 each.

Refreshments will be available from 16.00 with wine from 17.00
There will also be the opportunity for delegates to view your posters between 10:30-11:30 hours on both Tuesday and Wednesday but authors are not obliged to stand by their work during this time.
Set up
Please set up your poster on the day of presentation between 08:00-08:30 and be present by your poster during the poster discussion.
Remove your poster at the end of the day. Any posters remaining by 18:00 hours will be taken down and destroyed.
Displays including tables, chairs, laptops and other equipment are not permitted.
